These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Remita mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "App"), operated by Remita Finance Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The App provides a platform where users can explore potential loan or cash-advance offers from third-party financial partners. We do not provide loans directly; all lending decisions, terms, and agreements are determined by the third-party providers.

You must meet the following requirements to use the App:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state)
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information
• Use the App only for personal, lawful purposes

You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3.1 APR Range

Annual Percentage Rates ("APR") reflect the yearly cost of credit, including interest and applicable fees. Offers presented through the App can vary up to 35% APR, depending on:

• Your credit profile and history
• Requested loan amount
• Selected repayment term
• Lender's underwriting criteria
• Applicable state laws

All APRs and total costs will be clearly disclosed before you accept any offer.

3.2 Repayment Terms

Repayment schedules differ by lender and product. Typical terms range from 3 to 24 months. You will always receive a repayment plan outlining:

• Number of payments
• Payment amounts
• Due dates

3.3 Payment Methods

Payments are usually scheduled electronic transfers (ACH debit) from your bank account. Depending on the lender, other options may be available. Ensure sufficient funds to avoid late or returned-payment fees.

3.4 Fees & Charges

Any applicable fees—including origination, late, returned payment, or expedited processing fees—will be disclosed before acceptance. No hidden fees are allowed; total costs are always provided upfront.

3.5 Early Payoff

Many lenders allow early repayment without penalty, which may reduce interest costs. Review each agreement for specific terms.

You must provide accurate information and maintain it throughout your use of the App. You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Share your account credentials
• Use another person's account
• Engage in prohibited or fraudulent activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violations.

By using the App, you consent to receive electronic communications, including:

• Email notifications
• SMS messages
• In-app alerts
• Digital agreements and disclosures

These communications are legally equivalent to paper documents. You may withdraw consent for certain messages, but legally required notices may still be sent.

By submitting information, you authorize Remita to:

• Collect and process your personal and financial data
• Share relevant data with participating lenders and service providers
• Use third-party services to verify identity, income, and bank accounts

Providing inaccurate or incomplete data may result in denied requests, account suspension, or legal consequences.

The App is free to use. We may receive referral, marketing, or other compensation from lenders or partners if you are connected through the App or obtain a product. Compensation does not alter your terms with the lender.

You agree to use the App lawfully. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating laws or regulations
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Using automated tools to extract data
• Uploading harmful software or malware
• Reverse-engineering or copying the App
• Sending unsolicited messages or spam

Violation may lead to immediate account termination and legal consequences.

We may modify, suspend, or remove App features without prior notice. Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for interruptions or changes.

All App content, including text, logos, graphics, software, and data, is owned by Remita Finance Company LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses

Our total liability will not exceed $100 USD per user. Some state laws may not allow these limitations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remita Finance Company LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Violations of these Terms
• Breaches of applicable law or others' rights

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved by individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are not permitted. If arbitration is unavailable, disputes go to Delaware state or federal courts.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, suspected fraud, or harmful behavior. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, closing your account. Certain provisions (liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The Effective Date will be revised, and significant changes may be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
